Networks – Each association has an Associational Youth Minister that networks with Baptist youth ministers. These serve as a point of contact for each association or geographic area. In many associations there are several networks of youth pastors that meet regularly, pray, sharpen each other, and do events together.  Below is a list of the associational youth pastors. If you are in a network that is not listed below, please let the Louisiana Baptists Youth Ministry office know and we will add your network to the list. As part of a network you will:

1. Network – Develop relationships and meet with other Youth Leaders.

2. Mentor – Meet semi-regularly with one or more Youth Leaders for peer to peer, conversational mentoring.

3. Train – Attend, lead, or create training events with other leaders, learning about  your field from those with experience.

4. Extend – Extend your ministry through cross-training with other youth pastors.
